These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Busy B (listed on the App Store as "Busy B Planner"; the "app"), made available on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The app

Busy B is a personal to-do list and task planner. A free version is available with limited categories, themes, and features. Busy B Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (or one-time lifetime purchase) that unlocks additional features.

Subscriptions & purchases

• Busy B Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and are charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or via "Manage Subscription" inside the app.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-recurring.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; we are not able to issue refunds directly.

Your data

Tasks, categories, and settings you create belong to you and remain in your personal iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's used.

Acceptable use

Busy B is intended for personal task management. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by applicable law.

No warranty

Busy B is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
