Privacy Policy

Busy B (listed on the App Store as "Busy B Planner"; "the app," "we," "us") is a to-do list and task planner for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.

What we collect

• Your tasks, categories, and preferences. Titles, due dates, notes, category names, and app settings (like your chosen theme) are stored on your device and, if you're signed into iCloud, synced privately across your own devices using Apple's iCloud/CloudKit. We do not have access to this data; it is stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted and managed by Apple.
• Your name (optional). If you enter your name during onboarding, it's used only to personalize greetings in the app and is stored the same way as above.
• Purchase information. If you subscribe to or purchase Busy B Pro, purchase and subscription status is processed by Apple and our payments provider, RevenueCat, to verify your entitlement. This includes an anonymous purchaser ID and transaction data; it does not include your payment card details, which Apple never shares with us.
• Notifications. If you enable due-date reminders or the daily briefing, the times you choose are stored on your device to schedule local notifications. These are scheduled entirely on-device, and we don't see when or whether you receive them.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't run third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs.
• We don't use analytics tools that build an advertising profile of you.

Third parties

We use two services to operate the app:

• Apple (iCloud/CloudKit): stores and syncs your task data across your own devices. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription status for Busy B Pro. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can delete all of your data at any time by deleting the app and, if you wish, removing Busy B's data from Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage on your device. Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription; subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or via the "Manage Subscription" link inside the app.

Children's privacy

Busy B is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
